How do I place an order?
Add your size to the cart and complete checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when your order arrives, so there is nothing to pay when you place it.
Sizing
How do VENTO sneakers fit?
Our sneakers are true to size, so order the size you normally wear. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one.
Where can I find the size chart?
You can find the full EU / UK / US / cm size chart on every product page. VENTO sneakers run EU 40–46.
What are VENTO sneakers made of?
We work with Italian leather, lined with calf leather, on a stitched rubber sole. Some styles use suede or knit uppers instead.
What if I order the wrong size?
You can exchange your sneakers for a different size or model within 4 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. The first exchange per order is free. Email info@vento1987.com with your order number and what you would like instead.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We deliver to Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.
How long does delivery take?
Kosovo takes 1–2 working days. Albania and North Macedonia take 2–4 working days. Montenegro and Serbia take 3–5 working days. Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is €3 within Kosovo, €5 to Albania and North Macedonia, and €15 to Montenegro and Serbia. Shipping is charged on every order — we do not currently offer free shipping.
Prices are shown in euros. You pay the courier in your local currency, converted at the exchange rate on the day of delivery.

What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and returned in their original box. See our full refund policy for the complete terms.
How do I return an item?
Email info@vento1987.com with your order number and we will tell you what happens next.
What is the difference between a return and an exchange?
A return means you send the sneakers back and get your money back — you have 14 days for this. An exchange means you swap them for a different size or model — you have 4 days for this, and the first exchange per order is free.
Product care
How should I care for my sneakers?
- Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after wear
- Let dry naturally, away from direct heat
- Use a neutral leather cream every few weeks
- Brush suede in one direction with a suede brush
- Store in the dust bag away from direct sunlight
