Refund and Exchange Policy

Exchanges. We accept exchanges for a different size or model within 4 days of you receiving your order, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Returns and refunds. For online purchases you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it for a refund, and a further 14 days to send the item back to us. You may try the item on; use beyond what is necessary to assess it may reduce the refund.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds. We issue refunds within 14 days of your notification, including standard delivery costs where applicable. We may wait until we have received the item back, or until you provide proof that it has been sent.
